PROJECT COORDINATOR | FULL-TIME | $35,000/YEAR

Position Overview

As project coordinator you will be working with all 5 divisions to meet project deadlines on time and on budget.

  • Research vendors for pricing, equipment availability and staffing

  • Maintain record keeping on a customized software program

  • Manage documentation and billing, such as purchase orders, change orders, and close out documents

  • Maintain record keeping on a customized software program

  • Obtaining proper, complete and accurate close out documents, data and information from field teams and sending it to the customer.

  • Work with peers and management to find solutions for superintendents and Subcontractors on job site questions/issues for commercial remodel and tenant improvement projects.

  • Accurately identify municipality requirements for signage required for permitting

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, written and oral

  • Experience with a CRM or PM software is a huge plus

  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate customer needs and wants and to provide account coordination and leadership.

  • Strong business computer skills and fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Compensation/Benefits are negotiable but primarily will be based on experience.

Position Overview

As project manager you will be working with all 5 divisions to meet project deadlines on time and on budget.

Experienced professional who can take ownership of their projects; is able to work well within a team environment combined with ability to work individually, occasionally with limited direction. We need a PM that cares about quality and details, has the ability to properly manage budgets coupled with a sense of urgency to get the project completed within the project timeframe, including proper close out. This can mean working 50-60 hours hours/wk during our busy season.

The Project Manager implements the overall project plan for activities delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost levels. This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders. Job duties include the following:

  • Research vendors for pricing, equipment availability and staffing

  • Maintain record keeping on a customized software program

  • Manage documentation and billing, such as purchase orders, change orders, and close out documents

  • Maintain record keeping on a customized software program

  • Scheduling field team and Subcontractors to ensure the right people at the right place at the right time to complete multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Interpreted specifications, blue prints, job orders, company policy, and procedures for workers.

  • Communicate frequently and honestly with the customer, internal team, subcontractor, vendors and material suppliers

  • Work with corporate end-user customers to coordinate national and regional rollout programs.

  • Coordinate with key decision makers and personnel to promote and maintain successful and profitable business relationships with current and potential customers.

  • Timely project close outs

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, accounting or a business related field.

  • Ability to forecast, analyze over 200+ ongoing projects

  • Strong communication skills, written and oral

  • Experience with a CRM or PM software is required

  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up.

Electrician/Sign Installer | full-time | $15-$25/HR.

Position Summary:

The candidate will be expected to perform a variety of duties out in the field, ranging from but not limited to sign and lighting service and installation in the field, off loading trucks, stocking trucks, organizing inventory, assisting in sign fabrication. We are looking for an individual who wants to work, has a can do attitude and always willing to learn and help out. “Jack of all Trades” is how this position is often described working on parking lot lighting to concrete foundations.

Our candidate should possess the skills and knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools. Job requires use of boom trucks, fork lift, and skid steer. Preferable to have basic electrical knowledge. We will train the right candidate! Please note you will be expected to work at heights of between 5’-120’ or more. Flexlume is a Local 41 shop.

This position involves administrative duties encompassing several departments or a single area. In addition, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the coordination of administrative office functions, billing and special projects. As an administrative assistant you will be the first face that people hear and see and play a vital role in ensuring that every operation runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors

• Input revisions/billing adjustments for some projects in our customer management system.

• Prepare and distribute agendas for various meetings as instructed.

• Assist with the time cards and billing information for our hourly workers

• Make travel arrangements for ElderWood staff members upon request.

• Log in and coordinate routing of and maintenance of files for Monthly Reports from facilities

• Generating and delivering invoices via email, or through the mail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Preferred business education or associates degree.

• Must have two (2) years as an Administrative Assistant preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or business to business setting

• Must have a good knowledge of office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents, reception and researching, compiling and summarizing data for reports.

• Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.

• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.

• Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
